What we collect, and what we do not do with it

First things first: this site uses no advertising trackers and no audience measurement tools, and sells nothing to anyone. We do not know who you are until you write to us. The French version of this page is the one that carries legal weight.

The contact form

When you write through the form, we receive your name, your email, your phone number if you give one, and your message. We use them to answer you and arrange your diving, nothing else. They reach our [email protected] mailbox and we keep them for three years after our last exchange.

Reviews

Reviews are submitted by divers themselves through a Google form. We publish the first name, town, rating and text. They are public: do not put anything there you would not want shown. To have yours taken down, write to us and we will hide it.

What loads from elsewhere

• Google Fonts, for the typefaces. Your IP address is sent to Google.
• YouTube, for videos, in its no-cookie version which does not follow you until you press play.
• Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, or object to its use. One address for all of it: [email protected]. We answer within a month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no measurement or advertising cookies. The only possible ones are the technical cookies Cloudflare uses for security, and those YouTube sets if you play a video.
